Are you aware of American or global factors that could trigger a major change in our nation or our world as we now know them? If so, what are they?

Note: The seemingly precarious world that we live in can be a tool that God uses to awaken us to the need to take more seriously what it means to be a follower of Jesus. IF troubles do come, He will be with us and will see us through, and we do not need to fear! It will be a time of our being refined, which will benefit us greatly regardless of what the future holds for America. Review these encouraging words!

Are there issues and scenarios that could trigger economic or political chaos, civil war or Marshall Law either independently or in concert with each other? Are any of the following, foreseeable possibilities, or are they only the product of unbridled negative imagination?
-
Natural events like devastating volcanoes, drought, floods, hurricanes, tornados and disease.
-
National disaster such as nuclear accidents
-
Arab/Israeli issues, faltering U.S. support for Israel, threatened actions of other nations against Israel
-
Economic collapse (How “real” is our economy? How long can we continue to grow our national debt?)

-
Protests and even riots over gay or racial issues, sometimes fueled by the police action which follows.
-
Alliances with Russia and even Iran in dealing with ISIS

-
The rapid worldwide expansion of Islamization; its crushing impact upon cultures and societies; and it's determination to eliminate Christians and Jews.
-
Anti-Islam actions
-
Terrorist attacks at home or abroad.
-
Global refugee crisis
-
“Global climate change” issues (I will not debate if it is an actual concern, but I believe that it is being approached with power-agenda by those who are looking for expanded government control and who even have one-world government ambitions.)
-
The countless “wars and rumors of wars” around the world
-

-
Significantly more restrictive gun-control laws.
-
Is it ungodly, un-American, unwise or any other “un” to believe that America’s spiritual, political and moral climate could empower men to capitalize on an opportunity to usurp power over the people in a way that violates our Constitution and the legitimate power of government and rights of the people?
-
Or even to believe that they would intentionally create situations that would allow them to do that?
